Strike it Lucky was a popular British television game show from 29 October 1986 to 23 August 1999, originally produced by Thames Television for ITV, and presented by the British comedian Michael Barrymore. It was based on the American show of the same name that aired in 1986. Its was one of the most popular soap operas in the history of Univision, its finale having been watched by over 11 million viewers, faring well against US mainstream shows. It is a remake of the 2007–2008 Colombian telenovela by RCN Pura Sangre, which starred Rafael Novoa, Marcela Mar and Kathy Saenz in the antagonic role.

The program consisted of educational short films. Each episode was 15 minutes long, and is believed to be one of the first television programs in the history of the NBC Television network. The series aired after I Love to Eat with James Beard in 1946, and after Campus Hoopla in 1947. Little else is known about the series.
